Another letters patent, again the vellum is contained in an inner frame with the pendant seals outside, but this time mounted on linen-covered board.  The skippets containing the seals of the Kings of Arms are open and their lids mounted beside them.  All is enclosed in a double outer frame with glass between.  Each frame was laminated with maple veneer and polished.

It measures 85 x 80 cms.
