This letters patent is again mounted on velvet-covered board, but this time the vellum document is held in place by acrylic straps, with the pendant seals below.  The skippets containing the seals of the Kings of Arms are open with their lids mounted beside them.  There are velvet-covered fillets in the frame's rebate to raise the glass.  The frame has been bound in blue leather, as has the back of the frame.

It measures 85 x 80 cms.
